The history of all inclusive vacations starts with the now famous Thomas Cook in 1841. The early travelers were offered a trip from Leicester to Loughborough in England. He then transferred his business to Europe with the first European trip happening in 1855. By 1872, the business had expanded to include worldwide tours. The numbers at this stage were quite small and his objectives were modest when compared with the big commercial enterprises that we see today. Nevertheless the principles that were established at the time still apply today and they drive the market for all inclusive vacations. The history then moves on to Vladimir Raitz who managed the Horizon Holiday Group. He was the first pioneer to use charter flights from Gatwick to Corsica in 1950.

The all inclusive vacations become popular

When the Horizon Holiday Group organized a trip to Palma in 1952, it was already established that this service would be available to customers on a commercial basis. In 1953 there was a trip to Lourdes and Costa Brava. Sardinia was reached in 1954. On 14th June 1954, the Convention on International Civil Aviation made the use of charter planes much easier. It also meant that Spain as about to become a favorite destination for working class British people. The element of affordability took hold right into the 1960s. The all inclusive vacations at that time offered accommodation and transfers. Many people were beginning to afford the privilege of travelling abroad and they used it with relish.

One of the pioneer airlines in this type of travel was Euravia. The flights on this vessel started in Manchester Airport in 1961. Crete and Algarve were also favored by the tourists. In the 1970s the industry faced some decline. This was epitomized by the events of 15th August 1974, when the Court Line brand collapsed. They had been operating under the Horizon and Clarksons’ brands. At the time of the collapse about fifty thousand tourists were stranded abroad. Those that had made deposits numbered nearly one hundred thousand. That is an eerie echo of the events that are happening to certain budget airlines and tour companies today.

By 2005, the budget airlines were beginning to take over the all inclusive vacations. Many operators in the old system began to consolidate under one roof. Thomson Holidays and First Choice became part of the TUI AG as well as Thomas Cook AG. Club 18-30 also entered the market with their rather risqué target audience. Jet2 Holidays are providing their own competition. All in all the all inclusive vacations have adjusted according to the needs of the travelers and they have constantly been looking for ways to improve the kind of service that was on offer.

A comeback for all inclusive vacations

Since 2009, there has been something of a comeback. The recession had hit many travel companies and the budget airlines were providing the most mean spirited customer service every. People began to look back to the old times with nostalgia. The next chapter in these sorts of tours will be interesting.

Different purposes

Though, as said before, the main purpose of these loans is to help those who need to reduce their debt in order to avoid further worsening of their current financial situation, they are also used for attending to urgent needs that cannot be postponed specially when related to certain accidents or illnesses that imply high medical bills that otherwise couldn’t be covered.

Non profit personal loans can be obtained in different ways, those meant for attending special situations must be seek at non profit organizations specialized in this kind of aid. Once contacted and providing that you meet the requirements for getting their aid, they will guide you through all the process so you won’t have to worry much about it. They’ll want however that you concentrate on committing to return the money once the situation has improved.

On the other hand, there are many non profit financial institutions providing personal loans for people in financial troubles to help them go through a temporary complex economic situation. The purpose of these organizations is to make people fully understand the value of finance and help them consolidate their debt and slowly become debt free. The interest rate is subsided in consideration of the non profit nature of the organization. The interest rate is just high enough so as to cover the institution’s expenses.

Different Requirements

There are however, many requirements you’ll need to meet in order to be eligible for this kind of loans. For starters, each institution has its own requirements, some of them only lend to members but others tend to help all those in need. They will all require, though, a commitment on your behalf to make a reduction on your outstanding debt and expenses. They will even exercise some kind of control over your budget by telling you what to cancel first, what expenses to avoid, etc. Everything, of course, is controlled by experts in debt elimination and financial guidance.

Other Benefits

This kind of loans has another uniqueness that is not found on other loans. The lender, having such knowledge of your financial situation, will be more understandable when an unexpected situation turns the monthly installments into an unbearable burden. In such a case the lender will modify the repayment schedule or even interrupt repayments till your income has improved enough.

For many, this is the last option to avoid bankruptcy. If this is your situation don’t hesitate, do a search on the internet for non profit lenders and contact them for information on their programs. If you think you can manage your debt yourself, and you don’t need this kind of aid, you can always look for other sources of finance. There are regular bad credit loans available provided by many online lenders.

What Are Private Student Loans?

Private student loans are issued based on credit. This means two things for those applying for a private student loan.

The loan will be based on the borrowers credit score
Normally, the better the credit score, the better the interest rate

What this means to you

Some students benefit by applying for a private student loan. The borrower must remember though, if he/she has a cosigner, the cosigner is just as responsible for repayment of the loan as the borrower is. By cosigning your name a loan, you’re guaranteeing that you will repay the loan should the borrower fail to make payments.

A lower interest rate can mean that the borrower will have lower monthly payments. It can also mean the loan can be paid back quicker.

Who needs a cosigner?

Generally there are two circumstances when a consigner is needed, even if the borrower has some credit.

One of those times is when the borrower does not have an established credit history which leads to a low credit score. Having a cosigner when applying for private student loans such as a Sallie Mae Signature Loan or a Tuition Answer Loan may increase your odds of being approved.

The second circumstance to use a consigner would be to obtain a loan with a lower interest rate. The difference in monthly payments on a $10,000 loan can be $50 or more when comparing a 8% interest rate and a 12% interest rate. Also the difference in the accrued interest rate could be as much as $4900 over the life of the loan. Certainly something to give thought to!

Pitfalls To Look Out For

Having a cosigner can be a win-win situation, but it can also have its drawbacks. Here are some things to consider before cosigning for a private student loan.

Make sure if the borrower does fail to repay, that you can make the payments yourself.
Make sure the person you’re cosigning for is trustworthy. Cosigning between girlfriends/boyfriends is never a good idea. If the romance goes South, the other one could be left holding the bag. Cosigning for a bum who won’t work or flunks out of school can be a hard pill to swallow also.
If you do cosign, make sure you get copies of all the papers. Remember, those with the best paper trails win.
Get an agreement, in writing and notarized, that the borrower will repay you all fees incurred including the monthly payments, should they fail to repay the loan and you’re forced to. You don’t want to wind up years down the road and the borrower tells a Judge that you volunteered to repay the loan as a gift.

Now that you have this information, if you cosign for a loan, make sure you do it right! Cosigning for a private student loan has it’s pros and cons, just make sure you know what they are before signing on the dotted line.

Einstein put it best when he said, “Compounding interest is the greatest mathematical discovery of all time”. Now the question you need to ask is, “Do I want this force working for me or against me?” If you own a credit card and you carry-over balances from month to month then you’ve got that amazing force called compounding interest working against you.

In this article, I’ll attempt to explain how this “force” works against you month after month after month, in the form of interest upon interest. And perhaps, by helping you to gain a better understanding of how this “force” works and how important even a small change in the interest rate you are being charged effects you and families financial future. And hopefully, it will also inspire and motivate you to do whatever it takes to pay off your credit cards and initiate some type of savings plan so you can put this “force” to work for you.

Credit Card Interest Rates are Compounded

The interest you pay on your credit card balances are compounded, which means that you pay interest on the interest from the month before. A simple example would be that if you were being charged an interest rate of 2% per month, you would not be paying 24% per year. In reality, you would be paying 26.82%. A neat little trick that credit card companies use to pick up an additional point or two of interest is to calculate interest on a monthly rather than on a yearly basis. You pay more but you don’t know you’re paying more.

A Brain Teaser

Here’s a little brain teaser based upon what you’ve already learned. Would you rather have $1 million in cash or $10,000 in some form of savings account earning you a compounded interest rate of 20 percent per year?

Hmm, let’s see how that $10,000 would grow after 10 years – $61,917 or 20 years – $383,375 or 30 years – $2,373,763 or 50 years – $563,475,143.

After fifty years, you would have over $500 million. Of course, you would have to take inflation into account and if we used a figure of 5% per year, then that $500 million would have the buying power that $10,732,859 does today. Not a bad return on your investment of $10,000 but on a side note it also exposes another lesson in how the compounding rate of inflation destroys wealth but that’s the subject of another article.

Clearly, that question was a bit tricky because there’s so many variables to take into account that would influence what decision you would ultimately make – but you get my point, the power of compounding interest and by the way… it’s the primary way credit card companies make their money is a powerful “force”. It’s also the way pensions work and the reason the prices of things seem to rise massively as you get older. Be afraid… or at the least very wary of compounding interest.

Compounding Interest Can Really Add Up

Now, let’s look at a more real world example. Let’s say you have an average unpaid balance of $1,000 on a credit card with an APR of 15 percent.

First year interest would be $150. However, this amount is then carried-over and added onto the balance and interest is charged on that. As a result, year two interest would be another $172.50 for a total of $1322.50 and it continues to build year after year. Year three, four and five would look like this – $1,520, $1,749 and $2,011.

As you can clearly see, after just five years at 15%, you would owe double what you borrowed and after 10 years you would owe four times. I know it’s hard to believe but once again this simple “real world” example dramatically demonstrates the power of compounding interest.

If you let something like that carry on long enough, you end up paying on that same amount of debt for years and years and end up paying back many times what you originally borrowed and in some instances you still may not have completely satisfied the original debt. Unfortunately, most people simply don’t take the time to think through this out and they feel that the high and never ending payments are simply their fault for spending too much money to begin with.

The Three Percent Difference

You may feel that there’s not that much difference between a credit card that charges an APR of 15% versus one that charges an APR of 12% but then again after reading this article I’m sure you’ve realized that there is and so – that’s exactly what I’m going to show you. Remember the previous example that showed you would owe over $2,000 after only five years at 15% after borrowing an initial amount of $1,000.

That same example at 12% reveals the following: Year one – $1120, year two – $1254 and years three through five – $1404, $1573 and $1762 respectively. After the same five year period you would have saved nearly $250 or almost 25% in interest from a mere 3% difference in APR. Quite dramatic and hopefully it will help you convince you to make the necessary decisions to pay-off your credit cards and start saving so that you can put, “the greatest mathematical discovery of all time” to work for you… rather than against you.

We were planning for our 2009 excel course schedules when this excel calendar template idea flashes across my head. I started asking myself: Why not plan my schedule in Excel? If I could also list down all the public holidays in one section of the worksheet and the calendar can actually displayed them in red, wouldn’t that be great? I started to google for such an excel calendar and found many. Most of them are free. They were not really impressive because they have to be generated either through a macro/vba. I feel that it will not go well with most excel users because they would have to understand how to activate the macro or installing another program in their computers. If it is created manually without using any program, it is going to be time-consuming because by we need to identify the 1st of every month manually first and then doing manual summation to the rest of the days of the month. Furthermore, we have to know when to stop the calendar from going beyond the legitimate 28, 30 or 31 days.

As I continue to search through the list, I stumble on this perpetual calendar from John Walkenbach and was amazed by the way it was created. It is a perpetual excel calendar which displays the 12 months of any year. It uses only excel formulas, which means that you do not need to know anything about macro and it can be run across different versions of Excel including Excel 2007. And right here, we are going to show you how it is done.

Set up a cell which can be used for the year (e.g. C3)

Enter the following formula in cell C5 “=DATE(C3,1,1)” where C3 refers to the year of the calendar.

Set the formula to present the first of the month. You can use the date formula. In our case, we can enter the formula as “=DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1)”. C5 refers to 1 Jan 2009

Identify the day of the week for the 1st of the month. Use the weekday formula to identify the day of the week for the first of the motnh WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1)

The weekday formula presents the week with Sun as the 1st day of the week and Sat as the 7th or the last day of the week.

Minus one from the weekday formula, we will get Monday as 1 and sun as zero. 1 Jan 2009 is a Thursday which coincides with the number 4. The Sunday before 1 Jan 09 is actually 28 Dec 08 which is 4 days before 1 Jan 09. When we convert the number we have in the previous step to negative, it will coincide with this date. The formula is =-(WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR($C$5),MONTH($C$5),1))-1).

The Sun on the top right hand corner is 4 days earlier than 1 Jan 2009. Monday should be 3 days earlier and Tue 2 days earlier. Therefore, in this step, we need to make the number increase over the week starting with -4. To do this, you need to make use of array formula which must be entered with curly brackets (special case here). All the days in the month/week must be selected and the formula must be entered by pressing the 3 keyboard keys (Ctrl + Shift + Enter) together.

Using curly brackets {0,1,2,3,4,5,6} and selecting the 7 cells across the week, Excel will understand that we want to add 0 to Sun, 1 to Mon, 2 to Tue, etc. The picture below will allow you to understand how the numbers could be changed with one formula.

In the second row/week of the month, the value should continue from the last value in the previous row. Since there are 7 days in a week, we know that the first value in the second row should be 7 more than the cell above it. We can add another array using semi-colon (;) to indicate that we want the number to increase as the row increases. It should be presented within curly brackets and multiply by 7 – {0;1;2;3;4;5;6}*7. We should not add any number to the first row. Then the second row should add 7 to the number and add 14 to the third row and so on.

The formula is

=DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1)

-(WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1))-1)

+{0;1;2;3;4;5}*7

+{1,2,3,4,5,6,7}-1

To convert the results above into real dates, we can add the date 1 Jan 2009 into the box. In this case, the first number will become 28 Dec 08, 29 Dec 08, etc. And 32 will become 1 Feb 2009. We can put in the date using the date formula, Date(2009,1,1). And to display the day of the month only, we can format the cell with using the custom format “d”.

To omit the Dec 08 dates and Feb 09 dates, we can compare the month of the date with the month used in the first day of the month, etc. If they are different, it means that the date shown in the active cell belongs either to the previous month or the following month. We can put a blank(denoted by open and close inverted comma) into the cell (all the cells). If the month of 2 dates are the same, continue to perform the calculation given in the previous step. We ends up with the following formula:

=IF(MONTH(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1))MONTH(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1)-(WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1))-1)+{0;1;2;3;4;5}*7+{1,2,3,4,5,6,7}-1),

“”,

DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1)-(WEEKDAY(DATE(YEAR(C5),MONTH(C5),1))-1)+{0;1;2;3;4;5}*7+{1,2,3,4,5,6,7}-1) and completes the creation of the excel calendar template.

To answer these questions, we have made a long and careful search of the Holy Bible and have concluded that the Israelites (Jews) are in fact Black People.

We arrived at this conclusion by reasons such as the color of the Israelites (Jews) of the Bible, and most noteworthy, the Bad Treatment and Continuous Bad Conditions that were prophesied to befall the real Israelites if they fail to keep the laws and commandments of God. God promised the Israelites that if they failed to obey him, he would curse them and eventually have them removed from their land and carried as slaves into every nation upon the earth. Israel failed, and God kept his promise.

It is very easy to become lost when someone else is called by your name and is living in your land, while you have been carted off into slavery and are called by the name of the people of whatever nation you are found. After being in slavery for a long period of years, and throughout generations, it would be impossible for your children to remember their history. How can they remember what they were never taught?

Black History (The Holy Bible) tells us that there were two sons born to Isaac and to Rebekah, his wife. These two boys were struggling in their mother’s womb even before they were born, and Rebekah asked the Lord why they were struggling. The Lord answered her, telling her that there were two different nations and two different manner of people in her womb and that he would separate them at birth. (See Genesis 25 chapter, vs. 21-25).

When the oldest son was born, the Bible says he was Red and Hairy, and was given the name Esau, but was later also called by the name of Edom. The youngest son was named Jacob, with no reference made to his color. His name was later changed to Israel. The fact being that such emphasis was put on Esau’s appearance makes it clear that God had made more than just personality differences between the two boys!

As these two boys matured, there grew dislike between them because Esau claimed that Jacob stole his birthright. Therefore, Esau vowed to kill Jacob. As they developed into nations down through the generations, settling in different locations (Jacob in the land of Israel, which was named after him: and Esau in the land of Edom, also called and known as Mt. Seir), the children (descendants) of Esau were responsible for the death of many Israelites. Some times later, down through the generations, the children of Esau were able to take over the land of the children of Jacob, and to claim that they were the lost tribes of Israel. After taking the name and the land of the true Israelites, it was only a matter of time before the whole world accepted the children of Esau as being the lost tribes of Israel, (which is presently the case). Meanwhile, the true Israelites are still in captivity just as the Lord said they would be.

Being that we understand the origin, fate, and destination of both the descendants of Jacob and of Esau , we can say with proof , according to the Bible, that the whole world has accepted the descendants of Esau as being the Jews, but in truth they are not, but are really the descendants of Esau (Edom).

When Esau (the father of the Edomites) and Jacob (the father of the Jews) were born, the Bible describes Esau as being “red and hairy.” Later, in other scriptures, Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel, was compared to the Ethiopians – “Are ye not as the children of Ethiopia unto me, O children of Israel?” (Amos 9:7). Ethiopia comes from the Greek word Aithiop, which means dark skin/ or face. The difference between “dark skin” and “red and hairy” is quite distinct, and has not changed down through the generations.

Now let us reason together. Understanding that Ethiopia comes from the Greek word Aithiop, which means “dark skin”, let us look at the description of Jesus in Revelation 1:14. “His head and his hairs were whit like wool, as white as snow: and his eyes were as a flame of fire,” (which only means they were red), “and his feet like fine brass, as if they were burned in a furnace.” (Also see Rev. 1:18). Any rational minded person would understand that Jesus was not two colors, having a white head and a black or burnt (Aithiop) body. Reasoning will also cause you to understand that his hair is white and wooly, and his body and skin is like the Ethiopians (Dark Skin).

Song of Solomon 1:5-6, in the book of the Song of Solomon, we see the writing of Solomon where the Bible states, “The song of songs, which is Solomon’s (meaning that Solomon himself made all statements in this particular book): and I quote, “I am Black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon. Look not upon me because I am Black, because the sun hath looked upon me. “Most people think this is just a love story Solomon wrote, but in reality this is describing the relationship between God and his people.

There are other things written that describe color, such as Acts 13:1 where a prophet was called Niger, which means black. Niger is the word that nigger comes from. Also in Exodus 4:6 where Moses’ hand turn leprous (as white as snow) and Numbers 12:13 where Miriam, Moses’ sister, was turned white. Leviticus tells us that there are two kinds of leprosy: one is unclean leprosy, when there is raw or swollen skin in the flesh: the other is clean leprosy, when a person simply turns white all over. Now, honestly ask yourself, why would a white person get excited about turning white? But, if a black person turns white, that’s something else! (See Leviticus 13:12-13).

There are even more scriptures on color, and there are also other things written concerning the true Israelites (Jews). Things like going into captivity, being sold as slaves, dispersed all over the world, and forever living as a poor people being badly treated.

The God of Israel (The God of the Bible) pronounced a sentence upon Israel. He told them that if they would not keep his laws and abide by his rules, he would curse them, telling them exactly what would befall them. Israel broke his laws and did not keep his rules, so the Lord cursed them as he said he would. (See Deuteronomy 28th chapter).

In the 28th chapter, it should be understood that a lot of these things happened over the course of many years, continuing down to our time. Because this curse was pronounces upon us when Israel first became a nation, many of these curses occurred before our time and we don’t recognize some of them, but some we do. Those we recognize are the ones that we will point out. The Lord said these curses will be upon us for a sign and wonder; (sign means to identify and wonder is to ask why). See Deuteronomy 28, verses 28-30: “the Lord shall smite thee with madness”, meaning you will be constantly angry because of the conditions; “blindness”, having no knowledge of your history and self; “astonishment of heart”, meaning always greatly surprised and amazed at your condition; “thou shalt grope at noonday as the blind gropeth in darkness”, meaning to feel about or search or seek with blindness, and not certain or don’t know what you are looking for (as if you were looking for something in a dark place and had no light); “thou shall not prosper in thy ways; and thou shall be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee; thou shall betroth a wife and another man shall lie with her; thou shall build a house and thou shall not dwell therein; thou shalt plant vineyards and shalt not gather the grapes thereof”, meaning you work, but someone else will reap the proceeds; “thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people and thine eyes shall look and fail with longing for them all the day long; and there shall be no might in thine hand”, meaning your children will be sold and you will see them being sold by someone else and will not be able to do anything about it (remember Roots and “Slave Trading”); “the fruit of thy land and all thy labors shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up: and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway…..thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.”

Now just look around you, and look back at what happened to black people and what is happening to black people. Now, are we getting a fair chance, or equal opportunity to excel as the whites or the so-called Jews? Why is it that the so-called Jews are granted immediate citizenship when they migrate from other parts of the world? Why is it that any other nationality or race of people is accepted into this country, granted citizenship, and is exempted from paying taxes for a set period of years? The latest, among the foreigners that were granted this luxury are the Cubans, which are mostly Castilian, but the Haitians from the island of Haiti, which are blacks (part of the lost tribes of Israel) were caged up like animals and sent back to their oppression. Also, consider the poor blacks here, (being that the majority of us are worse off than a lot of immigrants), who were brought here against our will. Why aren’t we exempted from paying taxes for the same period of years? Why aren’t we compensated for now our ancestors were treated in the past? Have you ever wondered about these things? Surely you can’t say it’s because we are equally treated as the white American born citizens. Have you ever wondered why there are places like Haiti, Jamaica, South America and the Bahamas? Did you know that all of those places were slave camps, and that blacks were carried there to work and to produce while the whites reaped the proceeds! The Bible prophesied this concerning Israel/Jews Black Americans and blacks from the above mentioned slave camps must be Israelites then!

When slavery was abolished (chattel slavery), black people assumed self rule after their masters were forced to release them Either blacks did not know their real home, or did not have the means to return. If they did know, they did not have any army or the power to kick out the foreigners that possessed their land. See Deuteronomy 28: 36-37. “The Lord shall bring thee and thy king unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known and there shall thou serve other gods, wood and stone”, (gods which are not backed up with the Bible, and holy days, such as Easter and Christmas, of which the Bible makes no mention as holy to God); And thou shalt become an astonishment” (a great surprise and amazement to other races of people around you); ” a proverb” (a short wise saying used for a long time by many people, a well known case); In our case, we have been called for a long time, names such as nigger, coon, shine, john, boy, lazy, smelly, nasty, etc.; “and a byword ” (an object of contempt, a thing scorned, and a common saying). Now ask, are blacks scorned? Are we a common conversation, such as… Those niggers this, and those niggers that? Are we a people (objects) of contempt? Who cares for us or our rights? Who tries to help us without wanting to use us for their own personal gain/goal? What harm have we done to organizations such as the Ku-Klux-Klan, to any of the majority of whites, or to other nationalities for them to hate us so? Why are we disliked and scorned and in some cases assaulted for asking for the smallest civil rights that whites are born with, and foreigners are given, with help, when they migrate to this or any other country? It’s a case of: if we do wrong we are damned, and if we do right we are damned. I thank God that I know the whole truth of the matter, and that there is an appointed end. Because if salvation was the way it’s being taught in most churches, if I had no knowledge of God’s true plan, and of this temporary curse that is upon the blacks (the real Israelites/Jew), then I could understand why some people stay drunk, take drugs, or use other means of trying to blind themselves to the reality of our true and unchangeable condition. In some cases, death would be more merciful.

Deuteronomy 28:41, Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shall not enjoy them, for they shall go into captivity” (slavery). Vs.43, “The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high, and thou shalt come down very low”; (which is to say that all of the people that were citizenship when they migrate from other parts of the world? Why is it that any other nationality or race of people is accepted into this country, granted citizenship, and is exempted from paying taxes for a set period of years? The latest, among the foreigners that were granted this luxury are the Cubans, which are mostly Castilian, but the Haitians from the island of Haiti, which are blacks (part of the lost tribes of Israel) were caged up like animals and sent back to their oppression. In some cases, death would be more merciful.

Deuteronomy 28:41, Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shall not enjoy them, for they shall go into captivity” (slavery). Vs.43, “The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high, and thou shalt come down very low”; (which is to say that all of the people that were among the Israelites, but not Israelites themselves, are going to excel while the Israelites fall to the bottom). “He shall lend to thee, (Vs.44), and thou shalt not lend to him; he shall be the head and thou shall be the tail”. Now consider what this is saying. Can blacks as a people lend money to anyone? Where are our big corporations? Where are our big chain businesses? Where are our banks? Now consider the people called Jews, who the world has accepted as being Jews. Do they have big corporations, chain businesses, and banks?

For a people that are supposed to be poor and not able to loan money, those people that the world knows as Jews are doing pretty well. In fact, there used to be a household saying among black families on payday – “I got to go pay those Jews”. Either these people are not the real Jew of the Bible, or the Bible is grossly misprinted. Consider the scriptures and judge for yourself.

As we continue, see Joel 3:1, “For behold, in those days and at that time when I shall bring again the captivity (captives) of Judah and Jerusalem (Israelites/Jews), Vs.2 , I will also gather all nations, and bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my (land of Israel), Vs.3, and they have cast lots for my people and given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink, Vs. 4. What have you to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coast of Palestine (Middle East)? Will you render me a recompense (pay me back/repay me)? And if you recompense (repay) me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompense upon your own head, Vs. 5, Because you have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things, Vs. 6. The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem Israelites) have ye sold unto the Grecians (Greeks), that you might remove them far from their border”.

In Joel 3:1-3, the Lord is speaking of the time when he will return the real Jews to their own Country. Vs. 2 is saying that at the same time the Lord will gather all nations in one place to plead with them (do battle) because of what they have done to the real Jews- because they have captured and sold them (the real Jews), and the whole coast of Palestine/ Middle East have taken their possessions, and divided the Jews’ land among themselves. In Vs.3 and 4 the Lord is telling all of these nations that whatever they would repay him, it is not enough for what they have done to his people. Therefore, if they try to repay him, he will return it upon their own head. Why? Because the nations (all nations) have taken the real Jews and cast lots for them (bided for them/or auctioned them off like animals), and given a boy for an harlot (men traded or gave slave boys instead of money in payment to sleep with a prostitute), and sold a slave girl for wine (traded a young girl for some liquor). Vs. 5 and 6. The nations have taken valuables and riches of the real Jews and carried them into their own temples, and have taken the Jews themselves and sold them to the sons of the Greeks, and to other nations, and removed them far from their own borders.

See Zechariah 11:4, “Thus saith the Lord my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter, Vs. 5, whose possessors slay them and hold themselves not guilty; and they that sell them say, blessed be the Lord, for I am rich; and their own shepherds pity them not.

This scripture is very clear, and lets you know that whosoever owned the real Jews would kill them if they felt like it, and wouldn’t think that they had done anything wrong (for instance: Kill an old slave that couldn’t work anymore, or one that they thought was rebellious, or one whose will they could not break). Historically, the various hate groups didn’t feel that they were wrong when they burned crosses in front of blacks’ homes, hung them, or castrated and maimed them for sport. Even in these modern days, who cares if a young or old black is shot by a white person, or another black for that matter? Who cares how many black women get raped or how many blacks are killed by police officers? No real investigations are made to find the true criminal or the reason why. Just read the statistics and you will find that the highest mortality rate in the nation is among young Black males. Or look at the sympathy that Cubans and other non-black immigrants get when entering this country. Then look at the non-sympathetic help that Haitians (blacks) get when they are fleeing into this country to escape oppression and death. I could write page upon page concerning the guiltless feelings of people who kill blacks (so-called Negroes or African-Americans).

The scripture in Zechariah 11:5 states that their possessors (slave owners) sold them and thanked and blessed God because they became rich for doing so. Just look and consider the many nations and their histories. They all profess to be great “Christians” nations not only tolerated slave traders that packed black people in holes of ships (most of which died) en route to the market, but they also rushed to the market and cast their bid for the strongest and fittest that made it. Yes, as a slave trader, riches were dedicated by the amount he could buy. The majority of these people professed to be God-fearing Christians and probably sat in church every Sunday, yet none felt guilty (and this included America, England, France, Greece, Rome, and all so-called Christians and Moslem nations as well). Also, in the same 5th verse, it states that their (the real Jews) shepards pity them not. How is that so? Just look at all of the black churches in America and in other nations. They don’t truly care about their own people! They fill their collection plates and treasuries with the hard-earned money of poor blacks, build larger and fancier churches so they can have more room and more “sheep” to fleece, and put on all kinds of programs (gimmicks) to increase their flow of money. Then they buy big cars to drive to their big churches to show their flocks how nice they have been to their shepherds. The flocks love it, and they increase their donations. The height or riches of a shepherd (preacher) are dedicated by the size of his congregation or church!

If their/our shepherds pitied us (the real Jews), they would consolidate some of that wealth that they acquired from their flocks, and build factories so that the black unemployment can be decreased or almost eliminated. They would sponsor housing developments so that blacks can move out of some of these rat and roach infested flop houses; or better yet, they (poor blacks) would be able to purchase homes with the income earned from church-created factories. Most of all, the pastors in these churches would teach the truth and stop telling people that God is coming to take you off to heaven, when God clearly states that he is coming to the earth (Zechariah 14:1-11, Revelation 5: 9-10, Revelation 21: 1-2). Even Jesus said clearly that no man has gone to heaven except he that came from heaven. He was speaking of himself (see St. John 3:13). Also, such un-truths as Jesus died on Friday and rose on Easter Sunday, and that Jesus was born on the 25th of December along with many other lies would cease to be taught if the shepherds cared. See Isaiah 56: 9-12, the Lord talks about these same shepherds that have no pity for their own people.

The Bible tells us that the Israelites (real Jews) would be incarcerated (in prison) in great numbers, see Isaiah 42:22-23, “But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, restore.” Now ask yourself what people do you know that is a minority in the country but a majority in the penal institution (jail)? Even the Lord wanted to know who in the future would see this kind of condition and recognize that this is talking about the real Israelites (blacks). Vs. 23, “who among you will give ear to this? Who will hearken and hear for the time to come?”

Read the book of Obadiah, and it will tell you how the Israelites (real Jews) were captured and carried out of the land of Israel as slaves (captives) and how the nations went in and parted the land among them. It clearly states that Edom, the descendants of Esau (those who currently claim to be Jews), caught those of the real Jews that did escape, and delivered them into the hands of the enemy. They also went into the gates of the Jews (cities) and laid hands on their substance (possessions, culture, books, etc.).

Also, see Ezekiel chapters 35-36, the Edomites (those who claim to be Jews), which are also known and called by the names of Mount Seir, Bozrah, Teman, and Idumea, are spoken against by the Lord. The Lord tells of how they shed the blood of the Israelites (Jews), and said, “These two nations and these two countries (speaking of Judah and Samaria) shall be theirs (Edom’s) in possession, and they will possess it, whereas the Lord was there.”

The 36th chapter of Ezekiel tells us that Edom has done just that! For the Lord said, “Thus said the Lord God, because the enemy has said, aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession.” Read on and the Lord will tell you that they (Idumea, which is still Edom) have appointed his land (land of Israel) into their possession with the joy of all their heart, and with despiteful minds to cast it out for a prey.

But ask yourself, why do the people that the world has accepted as being the Jews, have such hard times, such as the trouble they had with Germany and the trouble with the Arab nations? Because of what they did to the real Jews, that’s why! See Obadiah 9th and 10th verses and read on. Also, see Ezekiel 35:6-15. The Lord said “when the whole world rejoiceth”, he will make Edom most desolate.

Lastly, I refer you to Revelation 2:9 and 3:9. The Lord, in both of these places speaks of a people that say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; but they are the Synagogue of Satan. Note that the Lord said also that he knows the work and the tribulations and poverty of the real Jews (but he said, “Thou art rich”). Reasoning tells us that no people, or person, can be rich and impoverished at the same time. But the riches of the people of God (the blacks-the real Jew) are his promise to lift the curse off of us in the time appointed, and to restore us to our former estate. Plus no one can say that the people known and accepted as Jews (the descendants of Edom) are in poverty; consider this publication closely and reason with the Bible whether or not it makes sense.

To those that read this, be it known and understood that this is not hate, neither does the writer teach or believe in hate, nor condone it.

This is merely designed to identify the lost people of Israel and the facts according to the Holy Bible. If anyone is to be hated, it should be our ancestors for sinning against God, because he clearly told them what would happen if they broke his laws.

Be it known also that we believe in, and teach, all of the Holy Bible: from Genesis to Revelation, and that we acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God, and that he is God. Also, we only teach what we can prove (through scriptures).

In the name of the God of Israel. God speed.

Debt relief is a serious problem for most Americans. We live in a society where everyone wants the coolest gadgets, a nice car and a nicer house. There’s nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, the good life that you’ve worked so hard to achieve is not free, nor does it come cheap.

If you earn any sort of a decent salary, then chances are you’ve got student loans to pay off. Education is probably one of the most expensive debts that most people will ever have. The cost of your first car is more often than not, considerably less expensive than your student loans.

So, you’ve got debt. Nearly everyone has debt, but that doesn’t make it any easier to live with. And, if your debts are starting to exceed your income, then you’ve got a real problem that can keep you up nights on end without sleep.

You need to do something about it. And you need to do something about it right now. Today!

Have no fear, you and I are of a similar kind. We know that the best way to live a good life is to have more money. But what is not obvious, is that we also need to spend less.

Really, it’s not the little stuff that knocks your budget out of whack. Time and time again, I’ve heard of people trying to budget by cutting back on a café latte’. That latte’ at $5 a whack, twice per day is $3, 650.00 per year. That may seem like a lot, but not so much as compared to new $20,000 car.

Which one is going to hurt you the most? The latte’ or the car at 9% interest. After 4 years, the car is going to cost you an additional $4,000 in interest or $24,000.

My point is, that no matter how much the gurus bombard you with the idea that you need to cut every corner, stop buying bottled water, eat peanut butter sandwiches and stop eating out. The effect is negligible compared to making the big purchases, such as cars, houses and taking education loans. So what can you do?

1. Check your credit rating first to make sure that there are no errors on your report. Everyone in the USA is entitled to one annual free credit report. Also, if you are turned down for a credit card, you can get a free report. simply Google ” FreeCreditReport.gov”

2. Get all your expenses into an excel spreadsheet and add them all up. First add up the monthly payments, then on a separate sheet, add up the total amounts of each debt. How much is required to pay them all off?

3. Gather up all your credit cards are start calling the banks to see if you can get a reduction in interest rates. Sometimes simply asking will help. You never know until you ask.

4. Create a list of just your credit cards and loans. Make a decision to pay off either the largest balance or the highest interest rate. We start with the credit cards because they typically have the higher rates.

5. Pick one card or loan payment at a time to attack. You can make minimum payments on the other cards that you did not select to payoff. Yes, interest will accrue on the others, but you have a plan. You will double your payment on the one loan that you have selected to payoff early. For credit cards, take all the money saved from paying the minimums on the other accounts and put that money on the one you want to attack. This may seem radical but it works! This is an extremely powerful method for reducing debt.

If you decide to tackle your mortgage, then you must be aware that some mortgage companies require that you fill in the payment blank explicitly telling them how much extra goes to the principle. If you do not answer this question, they may put the extra money into an escrow account which gains no interest and is not applied to reducing the mortgage debt.

6. Stop making unnecessary credit card charges. Don’t pay for groceries or McDonalds using credit cards. Use cash for McDonalds and debit cards for groceries. You can have that Star Bucks latte’, but you should use cash to pay for it.

7. Take all the cards but two, one for yourself, and one for your spouse and put them in a box. Don’t cut them up or close the accounts, as some people are saying. The reason being is that your credit score reflects your “total available credit.” So, if you start closing accounts, you reduce your available credit, which hurts your credit score. We are trying to help your score, not hurt it.

8. Do not borrow against the equity in your home. There are lot’s of great deals out there. Maybe you’re thinking about a new kitchen or a swimming pool. Don’t do it. When you decide to sell your home, your going to take one in the shorts. You’ll never get that money back when you sell your home. Brokers are typically going to charge you about 6% to sell your home, on a $200,000 home, that’s $12,000. That comes straight out of your pocket. Real estate values all across the country are on the decline. There are too many new houses on the market. Even though the interest on home equity loans is tax deductible, don’t borrow against your home for any reason. You need to maintain your equity.

Try these tips before going to a debt counselor. Most debt services will reduce the amount of your loans but at a terrible cost to your credit rating. Generally, it takes about 7 years to remove bad credit from your report. And if you don’t settle with the banks directly, you may receive harassing calls long after 7 years. It takes 10 years to remove a bankruptcy. Most agencies provide very little in the way of actual debt counseling. What they provide is debt relief by negotiating with the same credit card companies who pay them. Becoming debt free is not easy, but if you will follow these tips, and pick one credit card or loan to attack at a time, you can truly become debt free in three to five years. Good luck and best wishes.

Looking for auto insurance rankings? Want to find the best companies with the best rates? Here’s how …

Best Auto Insurance Companies

Here are three websites that rank auto insurance companies:

Your State’s Department of Insurance Website

All states have a department of insurance website, and most publish consumer complaints that have been filed against insurance companies. Most companies have complaints filed against them, but if a company has a lot of complaints compared to other companies, you should avoid them.

A.M. Best (ambest.com)

A.M. Best publishes insurance companies financial and credit ratings. These ratings give you an idea about an insurance company’s ability to pay its claims. You should go with a company that has a B+ rating or higher.

Epinions (epinions.com)

At Epinion’s, customers rate companies by customer service, website experience, response to claims, and price confidence. Customers also write reviews about each company. These reviews range from “The best insurance we’ve ever had!” to “The WORST customer service you could imagine.”

Best Auto Insurance Quotes

Here’s how to get the best auto insurance quotes:

Comparison shop – Because insurance quotes can vary by $1,000 or more from one company to another, the first thing you need to do is go to an insurance comparison website. You’ll fill out a simple form so you can get quotes from a number of A-rated companies, then all you do is pick the company with the cheapest quote.

The best insurance comparison sites have an online chat feature and an “800″ number so you can talk with insurance experts to get answers to your insurance questions.

Consolidate your insurance – Insurance companies will give you a 10% to 15% discount if you purchase your auto insurance and your homeowners or renters insurance through them.

Raise your deductible – Raising your insurance deductible from $250 to $500 can save you as much as 30% on your premium.

Drop collision and comprehensive coverage – If your premium plus your deductible is more than your car is worth, consider dropping your collision and comprehensive coverage.

Get safety and security discounts – Insurance companies give good-sized discounts if you have air bags, anti-lock brakes, car alarms, and anti-theft devices installed on your car.

Among a plethora of questions that borrowers ask before deciding to secure a payday loan, the most common question borrowers wonder about is, “What happens if I do not pay back my loan?” It must be said that most borrowers are indeed able to pay back their loans without issue, but the fact remains that there is a good number of borrowers who cannot repay their loan(s) on time. Millions of people get payday loans, whether through a store or through a website, and while they provide the benefit of instant cash for whatever financial situation you may find yourself in, certain obligations must be met. The most IMPORTANT obligation is to repay the loan at the end of its term.

Borrowers have numerous concerns in regards to this issue, so I’ll address them in order of importance. First, there is the issue as to whether a borrower can be sued over an unpaid loan. In most cases, this will never happen, as most consumers usually borrow a small amount (often less than $500), and this is not an amount to sue over. What almost always happens is that lenders are aggressive in collecting the amount, using collection agencies or their own department to collect their money. There absolutely is a code of conduct that lenders and collection agencies must follow; it is called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and it states, in essence, that collectors cannot be overly intimidating in their collecting practices.

Another issue borrowers who cannot repay their loan(s) on time face is that of additional fees being tacked on for not repaying their loan(s). Upon securing a payday loan, borrowers hand over a check to their lender to use as collateral – if a loan is not repaid voluntarily by the borrower, lenders will deposit the check and withdraw the loan amount, and if there are insufficient funds in the borrowers’ account to cover the loan, not only will the borrower have to pay the bounced check fees, but also late payment fees from the lender. You are still bound by the terms of the loan and the law to repay the loan, and lenders will always point that out to you.

Third, the issue of lenders reporting to the major credit bureaus is of concern to borrowers, as obviously, a non-payment is a negative mark on your credit report. Most, not all, payday lenders refrain from reporting to the major credit bureaus, instead opting to report a customer to a non-traditional credit bureau such as Teletrack. Non-traditional bureaus assess the risk of lending money to a customer, and if a customer has been reported to one for failure to repay a loan, it will be very hard for that customer to secure another payday loan from that lender or any lender.

Regardless of the circumstances, one never wants to be in a situation where he/she cannot repay his/her loan. Always make sure you will have sufficient funds to repay the loan when you receive your next paycheck, as it is not worth the grief to put off repayment. Conversely, you want to make sure you are dealing with a reputable lender, such as a payday loan store or a website like PayAdvanceLending, to make sure your loan has fair terms and repayment can be made without issue.

Taking a payday advance without direct deposit is an option that many of you would like to choose. This option is suitable for those of you who do not wish to give your bank account number to the payday loan company. It is also a good option for you to take a cash advance if you do not have a bank account. Most companies give you a cash advance only if you have a checking account so that they can deposit the cash into the account directly. But you can also find many companies that can give you a loan till payday without such a requirement.

When you are taking a payday advance without direct deposit, you should find out everything there is to know about the company and their terms and conditions. It is very easy to find a company on the internet and apply to it immediately. This is because you can get their application form online and it takes just a few minutes to complete it and submit it. But it would be advisable for you to first check out as many companies as you can before you decide on one.

A payday advance without direct deposit can be convenient for many of you. You do not have to reveal your bank account number if you don’t want to. The lender will give you a check with the loan amount instead of depositing into your account. This may seem to be a convenient option but you have to be very careful when choosing your payday loan provider.

Since this type of payday loan may carry some risks for the lender, they may charge higher fees and interest rates than for a regular cash advance. This is why you should compare many companies to see which one is offering the lowest and the best rates. It is better to choose a company which answers all your questions promptly about any issue.

What You Should Ask Your Lender

Some things you should definitely check up on are the fee amount and the interest rates they charge. You should know what the charges are if you default on your payment or if your check bounces. Most of the time you can renew your loan so you should know how much interest will be charged on a renewal. You need to check what the maximum period is to repay your loan. Once you have all your information, you can choose your payday loan provider.
